Jenny Lo

Jenny leads UX research at Grammarly, where she’s working on creating AI language-based technologies to help students, professionals, and businesses improve communication. Previously, Jenny led research for the Rides Business at Uber and built interdisciplinary teams to tackle complicated user problems in quant-heavy topics. Jenny has also worked on advising technology companies’ expansion into Asia. She is excited to share her thoughts and experiences from creating meaningful technology solutions in cross-cultural settings.
